Unlike some others, my business is not dependent on focusing just on one lone subdivision, such as Rossmoor. The six towns in the 20 mile corridor from Walnut Creek to Pleasanton are interconnected as one single Real Estate market. Add Orinda, Lafayette and Blackhawk into the mix.
